Our Cooking
Our cooking is typically Sardinian, very simple and light.
Our homemade ravioli with Sardinian cheese and wild herbs are among the most-requested dishes.
La fregola alla campidanese (a sort of pasta served with meat or fish) is also very appreciated.
Meat and fish are sometimes cooked with vernaccia (a dry white wine from the region).
Much requested: suckling pig, roasted and flavoured with mirto (a local aromatic plant). As for our fish from the sea, it is excellent.
